However, if customers witness any bad product or parcel at their doorstep or something different from what they have ordered for, we are ready to refund or Reship.

     If you have received damaged or something different from what you had ordered then we will refund your money.

We are also ready to reship your parcel or products free of cost as we are extremely sensitive and thoughtful about our customers’ health.

·        If you are dissatisfied with our products and services, we will ship your products for free in order to make you feel better.

·        If we have delivered wrong products due to an error, we will reship your ordered products free of cost without taking much time.

·        If you have received damaged products,we will reship your required medicines on a priority basis with out taking much time.

·        If we have mistakenly dispatched your parcel to a wrong address, we take the entire responsibility and reship it to the given address on an urgent basis.


If you have mistakenly received wrong or damaged products, then you need not to return the goods. Just make a call to us and we will reship the products you ordered free of cost.


If you want to cancel the parcel or order due to any reason then you can simply do so within 24 hours. However, if its dispatched from our side then you cant cancel it.

How Can You Receive Refund or Reshipment?

If you want to get a refund or reshipment then follow the process given below:

·        First of all, you need to send us an email to state your issue related to the parcel.

·        Secondly, you need to mention your parcel ID and reason for cancellation or reshipment while placing the request to our customer care id [email protected]

·        Thirdly, our customer care team will go through the details and trace your order.

·        Finally, we can initiate the refund if the order has not been dispatched from our side or dispatched at a wrong address

·        And we will reship only if your request meets the reasons mentioned above.
